Fiction Cauldron is a holistic writer’s workshop designed to support you in writing consistently, developing your craft skills, and building the resilience and self-compassion necessary for long-term creative commitment.
The Deets
An ongoing, subscription-based workshop
8 members, your monthly subscription payment holds your spot
Sliding scale monthly cost: $50 / $75 / $100
We read 2 submissions for every session; participants submit their work the meeting prior to when they are to be workshopped
Participants get workshopped roughly 5x/year
Submissions can range from a 4 page short story to a 30 page chapter, and the kinds of feedback received will vary accordingly (shorter: more detailed, feedback on specifics; longer: broader, big-picture)
Your Workshop Leader
Isabel O’Hara Walsh (shey / they) is a life coach, artist and workshop leader

She’s currently at work on her second novel
Isabel has led writing workshops and 1-1 writing coaching for five years, and uses an antiracist, holistic workshop structure based on the work of Liz Lerman and Felicia Rose Chavez
She writes literary fiction with touches of horror that bring buried stories to light
