Hello! I’m Isabel.

I’m here to support you in connecting to yourself, to others, and to the earth.

Whether it’s coaching, a ritual, a meditation, a podcast, or a novel, all of my work centers around the fact that this is a hard and weird time to be alive in the world, and common narratives of success don’t offer us many tools for knowing, healing, and expressing ourselves.

It’s tough to stay calm and happy, but it’s also still beautiful here. My work helps you feel that on a daily basis.
